Ms. Perkins joined Garcia Hamilton & Associates, L.P. in 2003. She has held several positions at the Firm including Senior Portfolio Administrator and Client Service Administrator. She is currently the Firm’s Operations Manager. Ms. Perkins graduated from San Antonio Community College in 1992. From 1989 to 1997, she worked with PacifiCare of Texas as a Membership Accounting Analyst and four years later, was promoted to Marketing Associate. She also worked as the West Region Communications Specialist for United Healthcare from 1999 to 2003.
